What keeps your project running!

Last months I did an infrastructure migration project. This time I  was not one of the techies that did the job but one of the people who stood beside the project to assist where necessary (making technical decide and giving a hand when needed) With the evaluation and communications to the end users they made several lists with numbers. One of the list is the one about the food that was consumed.
