There are probably more ways to find this information, but I just found out an easy way with DameWare NT Utility.
If you open the registry from an Terminal Server in DameWare NT Utilities and you click on HKey_Users, you get an list of the SID’s of the users that have logged on to this Terminal Server. DameWare NT Utilities places the users Domainlogin name behind the Sid.
This makes it easy to apply settings to an specific user.
